Hello, I’m Simon…

I have lived in many different cities throughout the Bay Area and feel I bring both my personal and professional experience of living and working in the San Francisco Bay Area for over 30 years. I’ve always sought experiences that keep me on the move exploring my surroundings and new relationships on a deep level. I think this is what originally drew me to real estate. I love all aspects of real estate from negotiating on behalf of a buyer to get their dream house at the best possible price or advising a seller on how to expose their property and attract buyers to get the highest possible price for their home. We strongly believe our greatest value to our clients is in representing them and negotiating on their behalf to help them get what they want.

Throughout my real estate career I have represented clients in a wide array of transactions including new construction, traditional sales, short sales, and REO’s. Having this breadth of experience to handle any situation allows me to keep the focus on protecting my clients’ best interests.

When working with buyers I always start with an extensive meeting that includes educating them on the buying process and analyzing the recent sales in the various micro-markets. Then we head out on our Grand Tour- introducing them to these micro-markets in a way they have never seen them. It allows them to quickly eliminate the areas that do not work for them and focus on the areas that they like best. This tour quickly increases the buyers’ neighborhood knowledge base and saves them countless hours. This initial 3-4 hour meeting results in well-educated and well prepared buyers who are ready to purchase a home.

I have a strong background in education and draw upon this in my sales philosophy. I believe home-buyers and sellers should have a firm grasp of the entire real estate sales process, from start to finish, while understanding what is most important to them in buying or selling their property. I enjoy walking our clients through the process so that they can realize, and understand, both the short-term and long-term value of their real estate transaction.
